Hypnosis is a consensual state between you and your chosen hypnotist It's an inward state, similar e.g. to the experience of a flow state. You have to be a willing participant and open to new experiences. That's all.

As humans we go in a hypnotic trance frequently and very naturally throughout our day. An example is getting into a good book or a movie. If you have ever laughed with a movie or was enthusiastic while reading a book - you were in a state of trance! As well as waking up or going into sleep or driving a car without thinking. Also flow feelings or the special concentration high performing artists or sports(wo)men are in when performing - all these are certain hypnotic states we all (un)consciously use and live in.

So which state are you in when in a session with me? Together we will choose the ideal hypnotic state where your issues can be cleared and you will get the desired outcome.

Will it also work for me?

A large amount of scientific studies that have been done on hypnosis are certain about it: Hypnosis works best, when the client is at her/his threshold. Thus being ready for the desired change and grateful to embrace the optimal personal outcome.

For me personally I simply beg for two core things: your openness and trust. This helps to create this wonderful connection to open up the realm of all possibilities - even the seemingly impossible ones.

Therefore - before you schedule a session - simply ask yourself the following questions:

1. Am I totally ready to let go of old, non-beneficial patterns  to open up and trust - even for a split second?
2. Am I 100% committed to do what is needed to let all the desired changes happen?
3. Am I indeed ready to accept that ALL my thought patterns influence my existence on all levels of (non)conscious mind?
4. Do I take on unconditional responsibility for me, thus embracing the abundance and richness of life?
5. Am I 100% ready to change NOW?
