One of the most interesting phenomena during an SP session are the so-called "telepathic" questions: questions that would be perceived as sensitive, stressful or unpleasant by the clients should ideally be asked silently, only in thought. This also includes questions where the client's conscious mind is likely to actively interfere with the process.

This often leads to the subjective feeling during a session that both sides actually have the "feeling" of being "telepathically" connected to each other. The clients also usually "know" exactly whether they have to answer "yes" or "no" to a question, even if they do not know the wording of the question. Often the SP practitioners suddenly "know" in a session exactly what question they have to ask now, what topic has to be worked on now, whether there is a blockage or other events and what the clients need right now. An extremely emphatic connection is established between the two, which is an essential part of the session.

Mirroring.

Whether the mirror neurons of the participants are particularly active here and there are similar synchronisation effects of transference and counter-transference as in a psycho-therapeutic session, whether this is a special form of non-verbal communication in which our subconscious picks up or processes all the unconscious cues of our counterpart and the environment particularly intensively, or whether it is actually something like telepathy - this is completely irrelevant for the outcome of the session. It does not matter what the client believes in or not. The experiences during a session and the "success" afterwards are rationalised by them anyway and built into their corresponding value system.

It is also possible that during an SP session our brain simply supplements the missing information with the assumptions and presumptions that are best for us (as in a classic empty hypnosis) and our own inner convictions and expectations let the corresponding inner programmes run independently.

During an SP session, large parts of the "non-verbal brain regions" are also active and the processing of the information functions in particular via neuroaffective, somatic processes or the entire "body intelligence" of the body. This is why verbal language is often the second choice for Sandra in SP and she focuses on non-verbal communication.
