This work combines classic parts work (strongly based on ego-state therapy) with hypnotic methods from mindVision®.
Hypno Parts® also works with the superconscious, but - in contrast to the Simpson Protocol® or mindVision® - it is introduced as a separate superstate, which helps to resolve the client's inner conflicts quickly, easily and reliably.
What is a "superstate"?
In hypnoparts®, the "superstate" is an extremely strong and powerful ego state that can do everything, knows everything and always acts for the highest good of the client. That is why it can always solve all problems. In this state, clients are optimally connected to their own inner resources and solutions and can access them directly.
Goals of working with inner parts
The most important and overarching goal of working with inner parts is to achieve a resourceful overall personality. In order to achieve this, there are various goals that are pursued with the work.
This can be, for example:
the acceptance and acceptance of certain parts
Healing injured, tormented parts
saying goodbye to parts
providing parts with optimal resources and connections
providing parts with information
parts as community transmitters of important concerns, problems or solutions
freeing trapped parts
Introduce different, unknown parts to each other
strengthen weak parts
Resurrect parts that have died
Optimize communication between the parts and also with the body and/or cells
Build a powerful, healthy and harmonious inner team
Have parts removed
Dissolve or remove self-destructive, secret and consultation-unresistant parts
Allow the other parts to learn certain skills of individual parts
Allocate an optimal task to each part
to relieve parts of "pointless! or too difficult tasks
and numerous other individual goals
What are ego states?
Ego states or ego states (= inner parts) are a model of the inner parts of a person's psyche. These inner parts can generate feelings, thoughts, body symptoms, actions or even perceptual orientations. Every person has numerous such inner parts and can switch back and forth between them. Sometimes this happens automatically and unconsciously, but sometimes it happens deliberately and consciously or intentionally. The presence of such parts has absolutely nothing to do with a mental disorder, but is something completely normal. They are psychic entities that can be separated from one another.
These ego states can appear to be extremely comprehensive. They appear, for example, in social roles such as mother, salesperson or doctor, but can also appear as very specific symptoms or behaviors. Certain actions, beliefs and illnesses can be found here. The different inner parts can have a variety of effects. They can heal or make you ill, they can help, disturb, distract or, in the worst cases, even kill. Behind all these actions, however, there is always an originally positive intention that the respective part pursues for the person. Because you can get in touch with them, they can change their behavior.
