"I had severe exam nerves, couldn't sleep properly and was under a lot of stress. Shortly before the final exams, it became so extreme that my teacher recommended my mother to try hypnosis and sent us to Sandra.

She did a session with my mother first and then with me a day later. That was really cool. It felt really good and I felt really happy afterwards.

Sandra showed me how to fall asleep with self-hypnosis and how I can also use it for power naps between my study times or before an exam. The anxiety, the nervousness, the shaking, the insomnia - it was all gone after that one session! I couldn't believe it at first and had to get used to what it was like again - so unafraid of school.

She also showed me how to make myself feel good with a simple movement of my thumb. It was super freaky, but totally fun. I'm really proud that I can do this now and I do it every now and then.

I don't know what I would have done without her. I still wonder today how she did it. And I'm so happy about it!"
